While driving from ZION NATIONAL PARK on a “photo hunt” for Big Horn Sheep, I passed a sign that read, “Fly Fishing Lessons”. I turned around and went back to check it out. A few minutes later I was pulling my fl rod out of my Yukon and heading toward ASSAY CREEK. I caught about 9 rainbows in 2 hours. The comedy came when I got so excited about having a big trout on the line that I actually fell into the large pool that we were fishing.
